State Registration Steps

After meeting with a marijuana doctor at West Virginia Marijuana Card, there are steps you need to take in order to register with the state and receive your medical marijuana card. Please see below!

After your appointment with our doctor, the physician certification will be uploaded directly to the state's website
You must register online with the state within 30 days and pay the state fee of $50
Your application will be reviewed within 30-60 business days. Then, you will log into your account to download or print your marijuana card
